Refund policy

  1. Return Eligibility:
    • Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain products, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and clearance items, are non-returnable.
    • Gift cards are also non-refundable.
  1. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@fashhut.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label or further instructions.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  1. Refunds:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
    • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  1. Exchanges:
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

 

Return and Refund Policy for Print-On-Demand (POD) Items

  1. Return Eligibility:
    • Print-On-Demand items are custom-made and final sale. These items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect POD Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect POD item, please contact us at info@fashhut.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order number and photos of the damage or error.
    • We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or a refund.
  1. Refunds for POD Items:
    • If a refund is granted due to damage or error, it will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return or complaint is reviewed.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
